PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an individual package body of an absorbent article in which, after opening of the package body, a folding trace hardly occurs on the absorbent article.SOLUTION: An individual absorbent article 100 is configured by folding an absorbent article 1 comprising a surface sheet 2, a rear surface sheet 3, and an absorber 4 interposed between both sheets 2, 3, with a packaging material 20 along a fold line FL in a vertical direction. The surface sheet 2 of the absorbent article 1 has a skin side protrusion part 21 protruding to a skin facing surface side and having an inner space S1, and a non-skin side protrusion part 22 protruding to a non-skin facing surface side and having an inner space S2, and is formed into an irregular structure. The absorber 4 is formed of a laminate of absorbent sheets, and has an excretion part slit area 4S comprising an area in which slits 43 are arranged. The slits 43 penetrate one layer of the laminate.
