The present invention relates to a persimmon dryer comprising: a drying chamber (110) in which persimmon, an object to be dried, is stored upper and lower blower fans (120, 130) disposed at an inner upper portion and inner lower portion of the drying chamber (110) and allowing the shift of rotation directions a heater (140) disposed between the upper and lower blower fans (120, 130) outside the drying chamber (110), and heating air blown by the blower fans (120, 130) upper and lower dehumidifiers (150, 160) disposed at upper and lower portions of the heater (140) and removing water contained in air before the air blown by the blower fans (120, 130) is heated by the heater (140) a control unit (170) shifting the rotation directions of the blower fans (120, 130) and also selectively driving the upper and lower dehumidifiers (150, 160) disposed at the upper and lower portions of the heater (140), wherein the direction of air circulation and operations of the upper and lower dehumidifiers (150, 160) are selectively driven by the forward/reverse rotation of the blower fans (120, 130), and thus the blowing direction may be shifted and persimmons dried in the drying chamber (110) may be uniformly dried regardless of heights and positions.본 발명은 감 건조기에 관한 것으로, 피건조물인 감이 저장되는 건조실(110) 상기 건조실(110) 내측의 상부 및 하부에 설치되며 회전방향의 전환이 가능한 상,하부 송풍 팬(120,130) 상기 건조실(110) 외측의 상,하부 송풍 팬(120,130) 사이에 설치되며 송풍 팬(120,130)에 의해 송풍된 공기를 가열하는 히터(140) 상기 히터(140)의 상,하부에 설치되어 송풍 팬(120,130)에 의해 송풍된 공기가 상기 히터(140)로 가열되기 전에 공기 중의 수분을 제거하기 위한 상,하부 제습장치(150,160) 상기 송풍 팬(120,130)의 회전방향을 전환함과 동시에 히터(140)의 상,하부에 설치된 상,하부 제습장치(150,160)를 선택적으로 구동시키기 위한 제어기(170) 를 포함하여 이루어져 송풍 팬(120,130)의 정역회전 조작에 의해 공기의 순환방향과 상,하부 제습장치(150,160)의 동작을 선택적으로 구동시킴으로써 송풍방향이 전환되어 건조실(110) 내부에서 건조되는 감이 높낮이나 위치에 상관없이 균일하게 건조될 수 있다
