PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a greening method of a wall surface capable of achieving improvement of a landscape, in which greening using rainwater is achieved even on a wall surface or on a retaining wall which has a steep slope, by using a greening device capable of reducing cost related to an irrigation device out of a greening facility in which the irrigation device is provided to a greening device installed on a wall surface.SOLUTION: Vegetation mats which contain a vegetation base soil having high water holding ability are overlapped in a triple layer, for forming on a wall surface, a vegetation base soil layer of three layers of vegetation mats formed on one vegetation mat, then, planting containers on which flower or ivy is planted, and on which plural holes which are several millimeters are formed on a back surface, are attached at a constant interval, then precipitation reception wings for receiving rainwater are attached at an optional interval to the planting containers or the vegetation mat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】壁面に設置された緑化装置に潅水装置を加えた緑化設備のうち潅水装置に掛る経費の削減が図れる緑化装置を用いて、壁面や急勾配な擁壁等でも雨水を用いた緑化を可能とし、景観向上が図れる壁面の緑化工法の提供。【解決手段】保水力の高い植生基盤土を内包した植生マットを三重に重ねて、1枚の植生マットに形成した三層による植生マットの植生基盤土層を壁面に形成し、これに草花や蔦類が植栽される背面に数ミリの穴が多数開いている植栽容器を一定間隔で取り付け、当該植栽容器や植生マットに任意間隔で雨水を受止める降水受翼を取り付けた壁面の緑化工法を提供する。【選択図】図4
