A plurality of line shaped front waist elastic bodies (30) which can be contracted in a horizontal direction (X) are arranged in a front waist region (13) of a disposable worn article (10). The front waist elastic bodies (30) include: a first elastic body (31) located adjacent to the outside in a vertical direction (Y) of a front end edge (25a) of a liquid absorbing core (25) a second elastic body (32) located adjacent to the inside in the vertical direction (Y) of the front end edge (25a) and a third elastic body (33) located adjacent to the inside in the vertical direction (Y) of the second elastic body (32). The contraction force of the first and second elastic bodies (31 32) is smaller than the contraction force of the third elastic body (33).
