The present invention relates to a rooting zone of a plant which is a cultivation condition for plant cultivation, and in other words, to an air conditioning and heating system for the rooting zone of the plant which satisfies cooling and heating conditions for roots. The air conditioning and heating system for the rooting zone of the plant of the present invention is configured as a hanging gutter structure comprising: a cultivation main body (100)； a cold/hot water circulation pipe (300) installed to circulate cold water and hot water to the cultivation main body (100)； and an heat insulating and reflective sheet (500) which surrounds the cultivation main body (100) and the cold/hot water circulation pipe (300) in a downward direction, for the same to be located inside the heat insulating and reflective sheet (500), thereby facilitating installation and maintenance of the air conditioning and heating system, and effectively cooling and heating the rooting zone of the plant.본 발명은 식물 재배를 위한 생육조건인 식물의 근권부 즉, 뿌리에 대한 냉,난방 조건을 충족시켜주기 위한 식물 근권부 냉난방 시스템에 관한 것이다.이와 같은 본 발명 식물 근권부 냉난방 시스템은, 행잉거터(hanging gutter)구조로 이루어지며, 재배본체(100)와, 상기 재배본체에 냉수,온수를 순환시키기 위해 설치되는 냉온수순환관(300) 및 상기 재배본체와 냉온수순환관이 내측에 위치하게 하방향으로 감싸주는 보온반사시트(500)를 포함하여 구성되어 설치 및 유지보수가 용이하고 식물의 근권부에 효과적으로 냉,난방이 이루어질 수 있도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
