PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical observation device for enabling display useful for photographing a tomographic image, and a medical image processing program.SOLUTION: An optical tomographic image photographing device 1 acquires a first image 401 of the inside of a subject photographed by a surgical microscope 38. It also acquires target position information about a target position at which a measurement part 10 for irradiating measurement light from probes 53, 80 inserted into the subject and receiving interference light between reflected light of the measurement light and reference light with a detector is made to scan and which is on a tissue of the subject photographed by the surgical microscope 38.
