The invention relates to the field of medicine and veterinary medicine, in particular to a new use of the poloxamer as a pharmacologically active substance. A new use of the poloxamer as a pharmacologically active substance to increase the levels of haemoglobin and red blood cells in a patients blood is revealed. Thus, new pharmacologically active substances that promote a rise in haemoglobin and red blood cell levels in a patients blood were found, the use of which ensures the achievement of the technical result consisting in a significant reduction of the toxic effect and side effects of these substances on the patients body in the case of oral and parenteral administration.L'invention se rapporte au domaine de la médecine et de la médecine vétérinaire, en particulier à une nouvelle utilisation du poloxamère en tant que substance pharmacologiquement active. L'invention concerne une nouvelle utilisation du poloxamère en tant que substance pharmacologiquement active pour augmenter les taux d'hémoglobine et de globules rouges dans le sang d'un patient. Ainsi, de nouvelles substances pharmacologiquement actives qui favorisent une augmentation des taux d'hémoglobine et de globules rouges dans le sang d'un patient ont été trouvées, l'utilisation de celles-ci garantissant l'accomplissement du résultat technique consistant en une réduction significative de l'effet toxique et des effets secondaires de ces substances sur le corps du patient dans le cas d'une administration orale et parentérale.
