The present invention relates to a single hand-driven wheelchair and, more particularly, to a single hand-driven wheelchair structure including a first wheel driven by an outer hand-wheel and a second wheel driven by an inner hand-wheel. A shaft of the first wheel is rotatably mounted to a biaxial connector having an end with bearings, and the outer hand-wheel is secured to the first wheel. The inner hand-wheel is secured to the other end of the biaxial connector by a shaft holder and a support and can move the second wheel to rotate. Joint rotation of the inner and outer hand-wheels enables the wheelchair to move forward or backward. A connecting rod assembly is mounted between the inner hand-wheel and the second wheel to facilitate wheelchair storage. The single hand-driven wheelchair allows hemiplegic patients easy to use and benefits the patients with hemiplegia.本發明係提供一種單手驅動輪椅,尤其是指一種外手輪推動第一車輪,內手輪推動第二車輪之單手驅動之輪椅構造,其係可將第一車輪之轉軸轉動地安裝在一端附有軸承的雙軸連結器上,且外手輪鎖固於第一車輪上,而該雙軸連結器另一端用轉軸固定器及支架將內手輪鎖固,該內手輪將帶動其第二車輪轉動,而同時轉動內、外手輪則可使輪椅前進、後退,一連桿組裝設於內手輪與第二車輪之間以利輪椅之收納,讓偏癱患者容易上手,以造福偏癱患者。
