Provided is a skewer machine comprising: a meat insertion plate in which a meat insertion groove is formed along the vertical direction to put skewered meat to be skewered and a skewer guide groove is in alignment to be connected with the meat insertion groove so that the skewered meat put in the meat insertion groove is skewered on the upper surface； and a meat compression plate in which a pressing projection corresponding to the meat insertion groove is formed on the lower surface and which keeps the shape of the skewered meat and skewers the skewered meat in a fixed position when a skewer is inserted into the skewer guide groove while pressing and fixing the upper surface of the skewered meat inserted into the meat insertion groove with the pressing projection.본 발명은, 꼬치에 꽂힐 꼬치대상고기를 담도록 고기삽입홈이 상하 방향으로 관통 형성되고, 상면에는 고기삽입홈에 담긴 꼬치대상고기를 꼬치로 꿸 수 있도록 고기삽입홈과 연결되게 일직선상으로 꼬치가이드홈이 형성된 고기삽입판, 저면에는 고기삽입홈에 대응되는 가압돌기가 형성되어, 고기삽입홈에 삽입된 꼬치대상고기 상면을 가압돌기로 가압 고정되게 하면서, 꼬치를 꼬치가이드홈으로 삽입시켜 꼬치대상고기를 꿸 때 꼬치대상고기의 형상을 유지하면서 일정한 위치로 꿰지게 하는 고기가압판을 포함하는 꼬치 꽂이장치를 제공한다.
