Verfahren zur Aufnahme und Rekonstruktion eines Tomosynthese-Bilddatensatzes (23, 23’) mit einer Tomosynthese-Röntgeneinrichtung (1), bei dem Projektionsbilder eines Zielgebiets (6) bei unterschiedlichen Positionen eines Röntgenstrahlers (2) entlang einer Aufnahmetrajektorie (10) aufgenommen werden, wobei wenigstens ein Projektionsbild bei stillstehendem Röntgenstrahler (2), insbesondere am Anfang und/oder am Ende und/oder bei einem Richtungswechsel der Aufnahmetrajektorie (10), aufgenommen wird, wobei im Rahmen der Rekonstruktion des Bilddatensatzes (23, 23’) die Projektionsbilder einer ersten Gruppe (17) von bei bewegtem Röntgenstrahler (2) aufgenommenen Projektionsbildern und die Projektionsbilder einer zweiten Gruppe (18) von bei stillstehendem Röntgenstrahler (2) aufgenommenen Projektionsbildern unterschiedlich berücksichtigt werden.The method involves recording a set of projection images during movement of an X-ray tube assembly (2) along a recording trajectory, and recording another different set of projection images at the beginning and/or at the end and/or during direction changing of the recording trajectory. A tomosynthesis-image data set is reconstructed based on the two sets of projection images. The reconstruction of the image data set is carried out based on algorithm of filtered rear projection, where non-linear combination of the projection images takes place during rear projection of the projection images.
