Also disclosed is a method for producing the tablet. Specifically disclosed is a film-coated tablet comprising a base tablet and a film coating applied on the tablet. The base tablet is produced by mixing a granule with an additional component and shaping the resulting mixture into the base tablet, wherein the granule is produced by granulating a mixture comprising (a) the above-mentioned main ingredient, (b) at least one excipient selected from lactose, D-mannitol, erythritol and crystalline cellulose, (c) a cellulosic disintegrating agent and (d) a water-soluble binder, and wherein the additional component comprises (e) at least one excipient selected from lactose, D-mannitol and crystalline cellulose and/or (f) a cellulosic disintegrating agent.
