The present invention relates to a rubber cushion having a swivel insertion groove for fishing tackle. The rubber cushion, which can accommodate a swivel, connected to a fishing main line and leader line, of spinning reel float fishing tackle, is positioned at the top of the swivel so that the fishing lines stay straight without bending at the swivel and the tackle can be neat, and the rubber cushion can selectively be combined with a first cap member and a second cap member, which improve the resistibility of the rubber cushion against the current, at the upper part, thereby enabling an angler to effectively fish for fish swimming along the current.
