An objective of the present invention is to provide a structured fishing net capable of generating electricity which is installed on a troll net and a large-scale structured fishing net such as a cage net or a stationary net to capture and store fish to use the flow of seawater to generate electricity and store or supply generated electricity. According to the present invention, the structured fishing net capable of generating electricity comprises: a net formed to capture and store fish； a frame to support the net′s shape； and a plurality of generators having through holes to be penetrated by the frame, allowing the net to be connected to outer surfaces thereof, and generating electricity by tide. The generator includes: a main body having an accommodation space formed therein； an ion polymer metal compound protruding from the main body to generate electricity； a rectifying circuit connected to the ion polymer metal compound to convert alternating current power into direct current； and a battery connected to the rectifying circuit in the main body to store electricity.본 발명에 따른 전력 생산이 가능한 구조체 어망에 있어서, 어류를 포획 및 보관하기 위한 가두리망 또는 정치망과 같은 규모가 큰 구조체 어망 및 트롤망에 설치되어 해수의 유동을 이용하여 전력을 생산하고, 생산된 전력을 저장 또는 공급하기 위해, 어류를 포획 및 보관하도록 형성된 그물망과 상기 그물망의 형태를 지지하는 뼈대와 상기 뼈대가 관통되도록 관통홀이 형성되되, 외면에는 상기 그물망이 연결되며, 조류에 의해 전력이 생산되는 복수 개의 발전체를 포함하되, 상기 발전체는 내부에 수용공간이 형성된 본체와, 상기 본체에 돌출 형성되어 전력을 발생시키는 이온 폴리머 금속 복합체와, 상기 이온 폴리머 금속 복합체와 연결되어 교류형태로 발생된 전력을 직류로 변환하는 정류회로와, 상기 본체 내부에는 상기 정류회로와 연결되어 전력을 저장하는 배터리를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
