PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide new polypeptides which comprise a receptor-ligand pair involved in T-cell activation, nucleic acid encoding polypeptides, and vectors and host cells for expressing these, wherein the polypeptides, or agonists and antagonists thereof, are used to treat T-cell-mediated disorders.SOLUTION: Antagonists of CRP1 polypeptide and/or B7RP1 polypeptide may be used as immunosuppressive agents for many indications, including autoimmune disorders (such as rheumatoid arthritis, psoriasis, multiple sclerosis, diabetes, and systemic lupus erythematosus), toxic shock syndrome, bone marrow or organ transplantation, inflammatory bowel disease, heterologous sensitization due to blood transfusions, and the treatment of graft vs. host disease.【課題】Ｔ細胞の活性化に関与する受容体－リガンド対を含む新規ポリペプチド、ポリペプチドをコードする核酸、ならびにこれらを発現するベクターおよび宿主細胞を提供する。本ポリペプチド、またはそれらのアゴニストおよびアンタゴニストはＴ細胞媒介疾患の治療に使用される。【解決手段】ＣＲＰ１ポリペプチドおよび／またはＢ７ＲＰ１ポリペプチドのアンタゴニスト。自己免疫疾患（リウマチ様関節炎、乾癬、多発性硬化病、糖尿病、および全身性エリテマトーデスなど）、トキシックショック症候群、骨髄または臓器移植、炎症性腸疾患、輸血による異種感作、および移植片対宿主疾患の治療を含む多くの徴候の免疫抑制剤として使用することができる。【選択図】なし
