Provided is a human interferon α2b-Fc fusion protein, wherein the C-terminal of the human interferon α2b is linked to the N-terminal of Fc by a peptidic linker. Provided is a nucleic acid sequence encoding the fusion protein and a eukaryotic expression system expressing the fusion protein. Also provided is a use of the fusion protein in the preparation of an antiviral or antitumour drug.
