[Problem] To provide a hallux valgus orthosis with which it is possible to reduce to the utmost the patient's feeling of uncomfort (discomfort) during wearing, permit expectation of a high corrective effect while suppressing pain by taking advantage of the characteristics of a superelastic alloy, and allow wearing for a long time and over the long term. [Solution] A hallux valgus orthosis (1) for correcting hallux valgus, wherein the hallux valgus orthosis has a corrective device (10) made of a superelastic alloy and fittings (2, 3, 4) comprising cloth to attach the corrective device, and the corrective device has a hinge portion (11) capable of turning in a bending direction and extending direction of one or a plurality of toes requiring correction.L'orthèse d'hallux valgus permet de réduire au maximum la sensation d'inconfort du patient lors du port de celle-ci. Elle permet d'obtenir une meilleure correction, tout en supprimant la douleur, en tirant profit d'un alliage superélastique, qui permet d'être porté pendant des périodes prolongées et à long terme. L'orthèse (1) de correction d'un hallux valgus a un dispositif correcteur (10) fait d'un alliage superélastique. Les attaches (2, 3, 4) ont un tissu pour attacher le dispositif correcteur, et le dispositif correcteur a une partie charnière (11) pouvant tourner dans le sens de flexion et d'extension d'un ou plusieurs orteils nécessitant une correction.【課題】装着時の患者への違和感（不快感）を極限まで低減し、超弾性合金の特性を生かして痛さを抑制しながら高い矯正効果が期待でき、かつ、長時間・長期間装着可能な外反母趾矯正装具を提供する。 【解決手段】外反母趾を矯正する外反母趾矯正装具（１）であって、前記外反母趾矯正装具は、超弾性合金製の矯正具（１０）と、前記矯正具を取り付ける生地からなる取付具（２、３、４）を有し、前記矯正具が、矯正を要する一つ又は複数の足指の曲がり方向及び伸び方向に回動できるヒンジ部（１１）を有する外反母趾矯正装具。
