PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a framed solid soap having rich foaming during use, excellent in solubility, hard to be deformed by dissolving, excellent in felling after the wash finish and excellent in productivity.SOLUTION: There is provided a framed solid soap containing following a component of 35 to 69.9 mass%, b component of 15 to 40 mass%, c component of 15 to 35 mass% and d component of 0.1 to 10 mass% with the total amount of the b component and the c component (b+c) of 35 to 65 mass%, a content ratio of the a component to the b component (a/c) of 1.3 to 2.3, the component ratio of the a component to the total amount of the b component and the c component (b+c) [a/(b+c)] of 0.4 to 1.8. a. a fatty acid salt obtained from fatty acid and base where the total amount of a linear saturated fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms is 96 mass% or more, a linear saturated fatty acid having 12 carbon atoms of 15 to 35 mass%, a linear saturated fatty acid having 14 carbon atoms of 35 to 65 mass%, a linear saturated fatty acid having 16 carbon atoms of 5 to 25 mass%, a linear saturated fatty acid having 18 carbon atoms of 0 to 25 mass% of fatty acid constituting the fatty acid salt, an alkali agent containing an alkali metal is contained as the base, the alkali metal is potassium and sodium, a mass ratio of potassium/sodium is 1/99 to 1/1. b. dipropylene glycol and/or propylene glycol. c. water. d. a linear saturated fatty acid having 12 to 18 carbon atoms.
