PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opaque dentifrice composition with granules dispersed and compounded, improving cleanability, particularly cleanability in the space between teeth and being excellent in color change suppression effect on a dentifrice-base.SOLUTION: An opaque dentifrice composition contains 0.5 to 5 mass% of a coloring granule (A) where the average grain diameter is 150 to 400 μm and 90 mass% or more of the particles have a particle diameter of 600 μm or less and 3 to 60 mass% of an abrasive (B) having an average grain diameter of 120 μm or less.
