Provided is a medical imaging system wherein an injection device inside an imaging chamber and an operating device that is located outside the imaging chamber and is used to operate the injection device can be stably and easily connected to each other using wireless communication. This medical imaging system is provided with the following: an injection device that injects a drug solution and is located inside an imaging chamber in which a medical imaging device is located； a control device that controls said injection device； an operating device that is located outside the imaging chamber and has a first wireless transmission/reception unit for transmitting, to the control device, operation signals that operate the injection device； and a relay unit that receives the operation signals sent by the first transmission/reception unit and transmits said signals to the control device.
