PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for performing agricultural work at a low cost by reducing labor required for work such as carrying work for carrying raised seedling to a transporter, seedling supply work for supplying the seedling onto a seedling base in the transporter, and recovery work for recovering a vacant nursery box after removing the seedling.SOLUTION: The seedling raising method includes: filling a nursery box having an inside area of 1,800 cm2 or less, with culture soil including a silicic acid component as bed soil sowing 180 g or more of seed rice per box covering the seed rice with the soil and raising the seedling.
