PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microneedle which stays at a stratum corneum in the context where a microneedle as a cosmetic is not allowed be implanted to a depth of skin by penetrating a stratum corneum under the regulation of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law.SOLUTION: The microneedle can penetrate a surface of skin stratum corneum, but has resistance with respect to implantation to a depth.
