Two-stage intraosseous stomatological implant comprises the intraosseous part designed as the metallic threaded rod with constant pitch and varying depth with longitudinal derotation groove, the crown designed as two truncated cones and the supporting area designed as the truncated cone on the face-end of the cervical part of the implant. The intraosseous part of the implant represents the conical rod with the externally threaded throughout the whole length with the pitch of and the depth of the thread increasing gradually from in the cervical part to in the apical part. The thread is trapezoid in the profile with the turns of the thread inclined at the angle of 15°. The longitudinal derotation groove within the lower part of the thread is shifted spirally relative to the central axis with the bevel up to 70° in the direction opposite to the thread direction. The supporting area designed as the cone truncated at the angle of 13°.
