To provide a mammography device which moves not a pressure pad but a photography platform to lateral directions, for improving convenience for imaging operation performed by a radiology technician, achieves MLO imaging by lateral movement of the photography platform without vertical movement of an arm frame even when a large X-ray detector is used, and maximizes merits of an isocenter structure.SOLUTION: A mammography device comprises: a shell part； an X-ray generator； a collimator for adjusting an X-ray radiation range； an arm frame on which the X-ray generator is provided and which can rotate in a clockwise direction or a counterclockwise direction； and a rotary shaft for coupling the arm frame and the shell part. The arm frame comprises: a compression platform formed of a compression part which is vertically moved according to a size of a subject, and a pressure pad which is detachably coupled to the compression part and compresses the subject； and a photography platform which faces the X-ray generator and which has therein, a detector for detecting an X-ray transmitted the subject.
