To provide an implant and a guide for maxillofacial bone osteosynthesis calibrated as a kit.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional model on a biological structure before/after an operation is used for defining attaching positions. These attaching positions are used for defining the structures of the implant 5 and the guide. A simulation of a first part 1 and a second part 2 of the bone combined after the osteotomy and a repositioning operation is indicated.
