To provide an implant and a guide for maxillofacial osteosynthesis that is proofread as a kit.SOLUTION: A three-dimensional model of a preoperative/postoperative living body structure is used in order to define installation positions. These installation positions are used to define a structure of the implant and the guide. Simulation of two portions of bones connected after osteotomy technique and re-positioning operation is shown.
