The present invention relates to a device for pressuring abdomen which constantly applies quantified pressure to the abdomen of a patient to more accurately check pain and sensory response generated in the abdomen of the patient. The device for pressuring abdomen according to the present invention includes a support case which has one end opened and the other end having an air inlet, an abdomen fixing unit for fixing the support case to the abdomen of a patient, a hollow pipe which includes a piston receiving room and is installed in the support case to allow a piston receiving room to be connected to the air inlet, an abdomen pressurizing piston which is received to reciprocate in the piston receiving room, has an end part thereof protruding to the outside of the hollow pipe through the opened end of the hollow pipe and pressurizes the abdomen of the patient, and an air pressure supply device which supplies the quantified air pressure to the inside of the hollow pipe through the air inlet to push the abdomen pressurizing piston to the abdomen of the patient.본 발명은 환자의 복부에 발생하는 통증 및 감각 반응을 더욱 정확하게 확인할 수 있도록 정량화된 가압력을 환자의 복부에 일정하게 가할 수 있는 복부 가압장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 의한 복부 가압장치는, 일단이 개방되고 타단에 공기 유입구가 마련된 지지 케이스와, 지지 케이스를 환자의 복부 위에 고정하기 위한 복부 고정기구와, 내부에 피스톤 수용실을 구비하고 피스톤 수용실이 공기 유입구와 연결되도록 지지 케이스 내부에 설치되는 중공관과, 피스톤 수용실에 왕복 이동 가능하게 수용되고 한쪽 끝단이 중공관의 개방된 끝단을 통해 중공관 외부로 돌출되어 환자의 복부를 가압하는 복부 가압 피스톤과, 복부 가압 피스톤을 환자의 복부 쪽으로 밀어낼 수 있도록 공기 유입구를 통해 중공관 내부에 정량화된 공기압을 공급하는 공기압 공급장치를 포함한다.
