PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an enhancer for hyaluronic acid and a food having enhancer actions for hyaluronic acid.SOLUTION: The inventors focused effects of an N-acetylglucosamine, a chitin oligosaccharide and a chitosan oligosaccharide on physiological actions, and as results of multiple studies, found that the N-acetylglucosamine, the chitin oligosaccharide and the chitosan oligosaccharide have actions to enhance production of hyaluronic acid, to conceive the present invention. In other words, the present invention provides the enhancer for hyaluronic acid production which is characterized by containing the N-acetylglucosamine. Also, the present invention provides the enhancer for hyaluronic acid production which is characterized by containing the chitin oligosaccharide and the chitosan oligosaccharide.COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT【課題】 本発明は、ヒアルロン酸増強剤を提供することを目的とする。また、本発明は、ヒアルロン酸増強剤作用を有する食品を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】 本発明者らは、N-アセチルグルコサミン、キチンオリゴ糖およびはキトサンオリゴ糖が生理作用に及ぼす効果に注目し、研究を重ねた結果、N-アセチルグルコサミン、キチンオリゴ糖およびキトサンオリゴ糖がヒアルロン酸の産生を促進する作用を有することを見いだし、本発明に想到した。すなわち、本発明は、N-アセチルグルコサミンを含有することを特徴とする、ヒアルロン酸産生増強剤を提供する。また、本発明は、キチンオリゴ糖またはキトサンオリゴ糖を含有することを特徴とする、ヒアルロン酸産生増強剤を提供する。【選択図】 図1
