The present invention was designed to detach an adhesive tape patch from a base without direct contact with the adhesive tape patch by using hands or tools in order to separate the adhesive tape patch from the base to which the adhesive tape patch is attached. The present invention was designed to solve various problems generating when the adhesive tape patch is in direct contact with the hands or tools, such as a problem that it is inconvenient to go to a destination in which the adhesive tape patch adheres to the hands, a problem that the adhesion of the adhesive tape patch is unsanitary due to foreign matters adhering to a contact part of the hands or the tools, a problem that deformation of the adhesive tape patch occurs and the like.본 발명은 접착테이프 패치를 접착테이프 패치가 부착되어 있는 베이스로부터 분리하기 위해 손이나 도구를 이용하여 접착테이프 패치를 직접 접촉하지 않고도 베이스로부터 탈착할 수 있도록 고안된 것으로 손이나 도구가 접착테이프 패치를 직접 접촉하면서 발생하는 여러 가지 문제들 즉, 접착테이프 패치가 손에 붙어 접착 테이프 패치를 붙이고자 하는 목적지로 이동이 불편한 문제, 손이나 도구가 접촉한 부분에 이물질이 붙어 비위생적이고 접착테이프 패치의 접착력이 약해지는 문제, 접착테이프 패치의 변형이 발생하는 문제 등을 해결할 수 있도록 고안하였다.
