A texturized system added to a current patch useful for fixing a device IV to any zone of the limb. The texture is integrated to the adhesive surface of the patch, it has a pattern with channels for allowing the liquid to flow and be spread lengthwise the patch in order to wet the zone between the joining surface and the adhesive for facilitating a painless detachment and avoiding discomfort to users, also preventing the device IV from moving at the moment of detaching the patch, therefore reducing any type of pain or damage. The whole contour of the adhesive layer of the patch is smooth for preventing the liquid from spilling, a non-desired situation. In such a manner, the invention has a system for inserting the fluid, which includes a type of small tube where said fluid is injected and passed through the texture channels. The small tube will have a protective cap for avoiding any contact with the exterior and pollution.Un sistema de texturizado que se agregará a un parche ya existente que sirve para fijar un dispositivo IV en cualquier zona de la extremidad. Esta textura se integrará en la superficie adhesiva del parche tiene un patrón con canales para permitir el paso de líquido y que este se esparza a lo largo del parche humedeciéndolo entre la superficie de unión y el adhesivo y haciendo así más fácil su desprendimiento reduciendo el dolor o la incomodidad para el paciente, al mismo tiempo que se evita el movimiento del dispositivo IV en el momento del desprendimiento del parche disminuyendo cualquier tipo de dolor o daño. Todo el contorno de la capa adhesiva del parche es liso para evitar que el líquido se salga o se esparza por ahí, ya que eso es no deseado. De igual manera tiene un sistema para la inserción del fluido que consta de una especie de tubito por donde se le inyectara dicho fluido haciendo que pase por los canales de la textura. Este tubito tendrá una tapa protectora para evitar cualquier contacto con el exterior y así evitar su contaminación.
