PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pigeon-breasted corrective orthosis in which a pressing action is concentrated on a projecting affected area (chest), and thereby a correction effect can be exerted sufficiently.SOLUTION: A pigeon-breasted corrective orthosis 1 of the present invention includes a harness base frame 2 being worn so as to surround a chest part of a patient P, and a press correction body 3 mounted to this harness base frame 2 to cover a chest affected area. The harness base frame 2 of these includes a chest frame 4 having appropriate rigidity and shoulder straps 5 for adjusting a height position of this chest frame 4.
