Disclosed is a medical suction device comprising multiple suction modules. The medical suction device comprises: a first suction pump which is connected to one end of a catheter that is inserted into the bronchial tube of a patient through the inside of a tube body inserted into the bronchial tube of the patient, and sucks in foreign materials inside the bronchial tube through a catheter hole formed on the other end of the catheter； and a second suction pump which is installed around an edge of the tube body, expands by air supplied from the outside, and sucks in secretions accumulated on an upper part of a fixing module fixing the tube body to the inner wall of the bronchial tube.
