The invention relates to a device for the immobilization of teeth affected by parodontopathy. According to the invention, the device comprises a titanium plate (1) having a series of ring-shaped cutouts, reversibly attached to some vestibular or oral surfaces of all teeth of an arch segment to be immobilized, by means of some adhesive materials, the cutouts located at certain distances (p) being connected by some bridge connections (2) placed in front of some interdental spaces, connected at some optimal values (r...r) on a length (l) that can cover 3...14 teeth.
