PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive pressure container-packed coffee beverage which is added with an emulsifier, has improve taste, and prevents gushing when opened.SOLUTION: A container-packed black coffee beverage contains an emulsifier and sodium hydroxide. The content of the sodium hydroxide is 1-5 times by weight the content of the emulsifier.
