PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch containing donepezil in which the stability of donepezil is high and the skin permeability of donepezil is excellent.SOLUTION: The patch comprises a support and an adhesive layer positioned on the support. The adhesive layer contains at least donepezil and/or hydrochloride thereof, two kinds or more of additives selected from the group consisting of isostearic acid, propylene carbonate and octyldodecanol, and an adhesive agent.
