PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a patch containing donepezil suppressing donepezil from depositing as crystal, and excellent in skin permeability of donepezil.SOLUTION: A patch includes a substrate and an adhesive layer positioned on the substrate. The adhesive layer contains at least one or more additives selected from the group consisting of donepezil and/or pharmaceutically acceptable hydrochloride thereof, isostearic acid, cetyl 2-ethylhexanoate, and hexadecyl isostearate.
