PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an acidic milk beverage sufficiently inhibited from generation of precipitation for a long period of time even when containing amino sugar, glycosaminoglycan and collagen: and to provide an acidic milk beverage produced by the method for producing an acidic milk beverage.SOLUTION: The method for producing an acidic milk beverage containing amino sugar, glycosaminoglycan and collagen peptide comprises: a primary mixing process for mixing the amino sugar with a stabilizer a primary addition process for adding the primary mixture obtained in the primary mixing process to water and a secondary addition process for adding the glycosaminoglycan and the collagen to the mixture obtained in the primary addition process.
