The present invention relates to a novel viral particle, a vaccine composition against diseases caused by porcine circovirus 3, and a method for preparing the same. In the case of using PCV3 ORF2 according to the present invention, virus-like particles can be effectively produced in insects or E. coli cells, and the virus-like particles have an effect of increasing the antibody titer against porcine circovirus 3.
