PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain a packaging method capable of keeping quality, performing hot filling, molding and packaging of a product such as processed cheese showing fluidity under a heated condition and solidified by cooling.
SOLUTION: This process is applied with a soft packaging bag formed into a bag with a packaging material composed of a film substrate showing a heat sealing characteristic and a paper carton having either one or a plurality of air bleeding holes for use in discharging air in the box. Viscous material kept under heated and molten state is filled in the soft packaging bag and sealed. The soft packaging bag after sealing operation is inserted into the paper carton and the soft packaging bag is closely contacted along an inner shape of the paper carton to be formed into a box-shape.
