The present invention relates to adiponectin-derived peptide fragments and a composition comprising same and, more specifically, to a cosmetic composition for preventing skin aging or improving skin wrinkles, comprising, as an active ingredient, one or more adiponectin-derived peptides selected from the group consisting of amino acid sequences of SEQ ID NOS: 1 to 21. The adiponectin-derived peptides according to the present invention inhibit the expression of MMP and proinflammatory cytokines in human skin cells and in vivo and increase the expression of procollagen, and thus can be effectively used as an active ingredient of a composition which improves elasticity and skin wrinkles caused by skin aging and has anti-aging efficacy.La présente invention concerne des fragments peptidiques dérivés d'adiponectine et une composition les comprenant et, plus particulièrement, une composition cosmétique pour prévenir le vieillissement de la peau ou atténuer les rides de la peau, comprenant, en tant que principe actif, un ou plusieurs peptides dérivés d'adiponectine choisis dans le groupe constitué par les séquences d'acides aminés SEQ ID NO : 1 à 21.
