PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material dishing device capable of rapidly supplying a predetermined amount of a food material on a food container after allocating a weight of the food material.SOLUTION: Reference value recognition means 40a for recognizing a reference value indicating how many times of a unit amount a specified weight is with a weight of a food material supplied to a food material chamber 10 as a unit amount present value recognizing means 40b for recognizing a present value indicating at how many food material chambers 10 a weight measured by a food material measurement section is measured comparing means 40d for comparing the present value and the reference value and speed control means 40e for controlling a rotation speed of a food material conveying blade 20 based on the comparison result of the comparing means are provided, in which the speed control means increases the speed of the food material conveying blade 20 when the present value is larger than the reference value by comparison with the comparing means, and when the present value is smaller than the reference value, the speed of the food material conveying blade 20 is lowered, thus, rapid dishing of the food material was realized.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2019,JPO&INPIT【課題】 食材の重量の指定を行ってから、迅速に、食材容器に所定量の食材を供給することができる食材盛付装置を提供すること。【解決手段】 食材室10に供給される食材の重量を単位量とし、指定された重量が単位量の何倍であるかの基準値を認識する基準値認識手段40aと、食材計量部で計量された重量が、いくつの食材室10にて計量されたかの現状値を認識する現状値認識手段40bと、現状値と基準値とを比較する比較手段40dと、比較手段の比較結果に基づいて食材送り羽根20の回転速度を制御する速度制御手段40eとを有し、速度制御手段は、比較手段の比較により、現状値が基準値より大の場合は食材送り羽根20の速度を増加させ、現状値が基準値より小の場合は、食材送り羽根20の速度を低下させることにより、食材の迅速な盛付を実現した。【選択図】 図2
