PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To develop a cleaning tool that can efficiently remove stain (nicotine of tobacco, coffee, tea, wine, etc.) due to vitro-derived tooth face coloring in a short time, has removal capability equivalent to melamine foam, and is superior in durability and safety.SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric (having extra-fine fiber structure such as used in mask goods, and superior durability such as polypropylene, polyester, acrylic, rayon and cotton) is prepared. A liquid is obtained by adding and stirring a fixing material having adhesive force and water using calcium particles as cleaning materials. The nonwoven fabric is dipped in the liquid and impregnated, and then is dehydrated to a wet condition and dried and fixed.
