CONSTITUTION: A producing method of noodles containing bamboo shoot powder and green tea leaves comprises the following steps: washing and boiling bamboo shoots, and drying before crushing with a crusher to obtain bamboo shoot powder; washing and boiling the green tea leaves, and drying before crushing with the crusher to obtain green tea leaf powder; mixing the bamboo shoot powder with the green tea leaf powder in a weight ratio of 7:3 to obtain mixed powder; and kneading 5-10wt% of mixed powder of the bamboo shoot powder with the green tea leaf powder with 90-95wt% of noodle ingredient powder to obtain noodles.본 발명은 면의 제조시 죽순 분말과 녹차잎 분말을 일정 비율로 첨가하여 반죽하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 면에 죽순과 녹차잎의 성분들이 혼합됨으로써 기능성 식품으로서의 효능과 함께 색깔, 식감, 맛, 향이 우수한 면을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
