CONSTITUTION: A producing method of noodles containing bamboo shoot powder and green tea leaves comprises the following steps: washing and boiling bamboo shoots, and drying before crushing with a crusher to obtain bamboo shoot powder； washing and boiling the green tea leaves, and drying before crushing with the crusher to obtain green tea leaf powder； mixing the bamboo shoot powder with the green tea leaf powder in a weight ratio of 7:3 to obtain mixed powder； and kneading 5-10wt% of mixed powder of the bamboo shoot powder with the green tea leaf powder with 90-95wt% of noodle ingredient powder to obtain noodles.본 발명은 면의 제조시 죽순 분말과 녹차잎 분말을 일정 비율로 첨가하여 반죽하는 것을 특징으로 하는 면의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따르면, 면에 죽순과 녹차잎의 성분들이 혼합됨으로써 기능성 식품으로서의 효능과 함께 색깔, 식감, 맛, 향이 우수한 면을 제공하는 효과가 있다.
