Some of the systems include an external adjustment device, comprising a driver, at least one sensor and an output. The driver is configured to transmit a wireless drive signal to a medical implant, the wireless drive signal configured to generate a force with the medical implant and change a dimension of the medical implant. The at least one sensor is configured to sense a response of the medical implant to the drive signal and the output is configured to report one or more of the force generated by the medical implant and the change in dimension of the medical implant.
