The utility model relates to medicine and can be used for rehabilitation of spinal cord injury, cerebral palsy, cuts and lower extremity paralysis of various etiologies, for the prevention of articular and muscular konraktur and muscle atrophy.The technical result of the use of the proposed solution is to increase the stability of the device ensuring the smooth movement of the legs for beginners in early rehabilitation period.The technical result from the use of the proposed solutions is achieved by improving hip shin and ankle mechanisms.The rehabilitation machine comprises a supporting mechanism configured in the form of a frame comprising two symmetric trapezoid legs 1, with adjusting the height of bars 2, the adjusting wheel fastener 3 and 4, wherein the legs are rigidly interconnected by the bottom 5 and the top 6 crossbeams. The device comprises a rod body housing 7, with a hip bar 8 breech lock 9, the post 10 and shin support the stack 11, the rod body housing 7 is provided with a front clamp 12 and rear clamp 13 and is pivotally connected to the frame 14.
