PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dental/oral composition capable of preventing and curing dental diseases such as dental caries, periodontal diseases (pyrorrhea alveolaris, etc.), diseases of oral cavity and the like and effective for preventing color changes of teeth and dental materials, bleaching of discolored teeth, removing bad breaths and provide a method for the same.SOLUTION: This dental/oral composition contains a photocatalytic titanium oxide or its precursor at least one species selected from a silicon compound such as a tetraalkoxysilane and the like, a silicone resin or its precursor and a liquid medium or the phtocatalytic titanium oxide or its precursor and the liquid medium.
