To provide a new technology to improve reliability of a refractive power measurement value on an eye to be examined.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic information processing apparatus includes a specification unit and a calculation unit. The specification unit specifies a temporal change of the anterior eye part on the basis of two or more pieces of measurement data acquired by the measurement executed for the anterior eye part of the eye to be examined at different measurement timings.
