Provided is an oral composition characterized by comprising (A) a water-soluble fluorine-containing compound, (B) an α-olefin sulfonic acid salt and (C) a hydroxyethyl cellulose dimethyldiallyl ammonium salt, wherein the content of the component (A) is 900 ppm or more in terms of fluorine ion content and the content of the component (B) is 0.1 to 1% by mass. The oral composition has excellent fluorine ion retention on the surfaces of teeth and is suitable for the prevention or inhibition of dental caries.Linvention concerne une composition orale caractérisée en ce quelle comprend (A) un composé contenant du fluor soluble dans leau, (B) un sel dacide sulfonique dα-oléfine et (C) un sel de diméthyldiallyl ammonium dhydroxyéthylcellulose, la teneur du constituant (A) étant de 900 ppm ou plus en termes de teneur en ions fluor et la teneur du constituant (B) étant de 0,1 à 1 % en masse.
