PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device, image processing system, image processing program, and image processing method capable of reducing the load of a users processing operation.SOLUTION: A console 20 first acquires an original image of a radiation image acquired from a radiation image photographing device 12 in order to perform common processing operations. The console 20 detects common processing operations performed by a user on the original image, and associates processing contents of the common processing operations with the original image for storage. Next, when moving to individual processing (purpose A) for generating a purpose A image, the console 20 executes image analysis processing A to the acquired original image, reflects the common processing, and generates an image for the purpose A.
