The present invention relates to amine derivatives each represented by chemical formula (I) (wherein Ar represents a phenyl group or the like R1 represents a hydrogen atom or the like R2 represents a C1-6 alkylcarbonyl group or the like R3 represents a C1-8 alkylene group or the like and R4 represents a hydrogen atom or the like) and a noxious organism control agent comprising at least one of the derivatives. It is found that the amine derivative has an excellent activity for use as a control agent of agricultural and horticultural pests.
