PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granular material spreading method for equalizing a spreading amount of a granular material that is spread on a base material to be continuously transported, to provide a spreading device employed for the same, and to provide a heating element manufacturing method employing the same.SOLUTION: A granular material spreading method includes: continuously segmenting a granular material with a screw feeder from a supply unit for temporarily storing the granular material dropping the segmented granular material and receiving the material by a vibrating transport unit transporting the granular material while being dispersed by vibration of a vibration member provided in the vibrating transport unit and continuously spreading the granular material onto a base material from a spreading port in the vibrating transport unit.
